The hour meter was installed new within days after the new Isuzu, so the 70 hours shown (image 84) are accurate.Those familiar with Albin Yachts will know of her construction of Divinycell material.The top laminate is 3.5 mm (5/32"), the Divinycell is 15 mm (5/8") and the inner laminate is 2.5 mm (1/8:). There isn't any separation in any of these layers and there are no soft spots.Some call it a Pilothouse, others make the argument that she's an Aft-Cabin. Both are correct.The Aft-Cabin will sleep two (New Sunbrella Cushions).The forward V-berth will sleep two (New Sunbrella Cushions).The Garmin covers everything but Radar - Depth, Echo, GPS, Plotter.....and of course, Fish-finder. Overall condition is fair to good, the new re-power in 2014 bumps her into the above average category.
All she really needs is some TLC, mostly some fine sandpaper and some oiling of the Teak, a little cleaning.

This representative stepped aboard to inspect and photograph this vessel on August 18, 2015. She's almost 40 years old and needs cosmetic work, structurally she is sound.
The hull is in good shape, the decks are solid and all of the windows are hardened glass and still sealed tight. I asked the seller specifically if there was any leaking anywhere...........he said, "NO!"
Sadly, it is the sellers' bad back that's forcing him to sell.
